H. B. A.  – The Hadley Business Association, established in 1999 is dedicated to promoting the general welfare of the businesses and people in Hadley and the surrounding areas. Creating an Art and Business scholarship fund, supporting our troops, and sponsoring the annual Maple Festival and Travers Festival is our way to show gratitude to the community.
